HCH adopts more than 200 CNC assembly lines applied with Japanese & European technology. They are operated in dust-free environment which ensures the cleanliness of bearing. High precision equipments, modern management system and strict quality standards strengthen the stable quality of bearing components.



HCH products are all assembling in dust free assembly center by automatic lines. With three steps of washing procedure including sonic washing of outer rings and inner rings, rough washing of products and sonic spray washing of finished bearings, HCH products are in dust free characteristics.

We are making noise and vibration testing before every single bearing leaves the factory.
