In the table, the “e ” value is definded as axial load influence factor. When Fa /Fr> e , it means that the axial load influences a lot, and the equivalent radial load P should be calculated by the formula P=XFr+YFa. Otherwise, when Fa /Fr ≤ e, the influence of the axial load can be ignored, here P=Fr,pplied to the bearing by the bearing coefficient factor “ f0 ”, which is obtained from the bearing table above.
Example 2: What is the life rating L10h for the same bearing and conditions as in Example 1, but with an additional axial load Fa of 1.8 kN ?
