A manufacturer's success is directly related to how well it masters the basics of production and quality manufacturing. Without a tenacious trainee program, there's no way a company will reach its full growth and earnings potentials. For HCH, trainee program in production & quality control is about health and safety performance, environmental protection and advanced progress to benefit all customers. These considerations cover how we manufacture products, what we offer customers, how we control bearing quality, how we assess risks and opportunities, and how we behave in the communities where we operate and towards one another.

Process
The program is a 12 months’ development program. During the program you will have the opportunity to get deeper insight into areas of bearing production and its quality control dealing with cross-functional activities in the company and enhance your professional knowledge in real situations. In addition, you will gain important knowledge about construction of production facilities for our highly efficient rolling bearing manufacturing processes. You will be assigned a mentor and receive continuous coaching for your personal development. The goal is to offer all program participants necessary expertise as experts or engineers at HCH.

HCH has been always paying much more attention to researching new technology and more advanced equipments on bearing production and inspection. In production & quality control department, we are looking for energetic and highly motivated recent graduates or experienced individuals. By our trainee program, they are expected to have excellent communication skills, keen interest in and enthusiastic approach to aspects of bearing production and quality control, drive to develop, experience and contribute in a large working environment and they will be persons with “can-do” attitude, flexibility, openness, professional curiosity and goal orientation.
